People would think Jake is tough to surprise

Jake Paul is known for his tough, unshakable internet persona-always coming across as the baddest, the strongest, or even the wildest guy online. But when it comes to his girlfriend, Jutta Leerdam, things get way more interesting.

Jutta, an elite Olympic athlete, is a force on the ice, showing off jaw-dropping skating skills at lightning speed on TikTok. Her training and competitions are her main focus, so when Jake unexpectedly ran into her, he got a shock that nearly had him fainting.

An unexpected reunion shakes things up

Jake almost had a heart attack when he saw Jutta. She’d told him she wouldn’t be around because of a competition, so when he spotted her, his reaction was priceless-he nearly turned ghostly pale as he was totally caught off guard, something it would be hard to admit for him.

Of course, the internet haters had plenty to say. Some even suggested that Jake’s shocked reaction meant he was hiding something shady, maybe with some “undesirable company” or doing something he didn’t want anyone to see. His face lit up like a kid caught doing something naughty.

Jake Paul engagement rumors flying after Julia Rose changes Instagram name

But that’s just the haters talking. Jutta posted a TikTok video showing that despite not wanting to be with Jake at first, she’s now just as into him as he is with her. After spending more time together, Jutta started to realize that the internet doesn’t always show the full picture, and that’s when things took a turn.

They started dating, and since going public with their relationship in 2023, it’s clear they’re completely smitten with each other. So, maybe the Jake we see online is just a character, and the tough guy image isn’t as real as people think-he’s got a softer side that’s all about love and this video might be one small proof.

She thought he was someone she wouldn’t want to be linked to, but things tooka surprising turn. Now she’s the one who’s showing the internet another side of Jake Paul that many didn’t expect to see.

Claressa Shields has made more history in women’s boxing by becoming the undisputed heavyweight world champion; Shields’ promoter reveals the American star is willing to rematch her rival Savannah Marshall in that division, but that must take place in the US or on neutral territory.

Claressa Shields is open to a rematch with her great rival Savannah Marshall in the heavyweight division.

Shields, a two-time Olympic gold medallist, defeated Danielle Perkins to become the first undisputed heavyweight world champion in women’s boxing.

“We’ve had general discussions over the past several months and have expressed our interest in making the rematch happen,” Dmitry Salita, Shields’ promoter, told Sky Sports.”The fight against Perkins was a battle of size and strength versus skill and boxing IQ. Claressa’s skills in the ring are like a Picasso masterpiece – timeless, precise, and unmatched.”

Shields won her title fight with Marshall on points. But she dropped Perkins heavily in their final round and Salita says the American would knock Marshall out in a heavyweight contest.

Paige Spiranac would love to tee it up with either Tiger Woods or Phil Mickelson.

“Phil Mickelson obviously would be such an interesting experience I feel like to play a round with him,” the golf influencer, who played collegiately at San Diego State, told SI’s Claudette Montana on Super Bowl Radio Row.

One problem, though.

“He needs to unblock me first for that to happen,” the 31-year-old said.

Why did the six-time major champion block Spiranac?

“No one knows why,” she said.

Well, except one person.

“Phil knows,” Spiranac said.

However, maybe 18 holes together can help smooth out their differences.

“We can make amends and play some golf,” Spiranac said.

WBC lightweight champion Shakur Stevenson is weeks away from his highly anticipated bout against rising star Floyd Schofield Jr. The bout is scheduled to unfold on the undercard of the Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol rematch in Saudi Arabia. In the meantime, the Newark native has been accused of being a coward by Gervonta Davis’ team.

You see, ‘Sugar’ Stevenson has been asking for a fight against ‘Tank’ Davis for quite some time now. However, all he has received in return are insults. With Stevenson’s next fight on the doorstep, Davis’ co-trainer coach Kenny Ellis has accused Stevenson of being the one who is ducking a fight against Davis.

Gervonta Davis knocks out Ryan Garcia in seventh round | Boxing News | Al Jazeera

Davis, the WBA lightweight champion, will lock horns with WBA super featherweight champion Lamont Roach Jr. on March 1st in Brooklyn, a fight that has received backlash as the Baltimore native chose to fight someone from a lower weight class. Regardless, while appearing in an interview with Mill City Boxing recently, Ellis suggested Stevenson would use hand injury as an excuse to avoid fighting ‘Tank.’

For context, in October last year, Stevenson was scheduled to face Joe Cordina on the undercard of Beterbiev-Bivol. However, due to a hand injury, Stevenson had to pull out of the fight. Reports later revealed that Stevenson had to undergo surgery to fix the issue with his hand. In a recent interview with Matchroom Boxing, Stevenson claimed that his hand is much better now and shouldn’t cause any issues during or before the Schofield bout.

Regardless, Ellis feels the injury will come back after the Schofield bout. “Shakur will win his next fight,” Ellis told Mill City Boxing. “But he is gonna hurt his hands. Even if his hand ain’t hurt, it’s going to be hurt.” As to why this will happen, Ellis claimed, “That’s what you do when you trying to buy time.”

It’s also worth noting that ‘Tank’ Davis has previously revealed that he will retire after 2025. With the Roach fight in March, and Davis fighting twice a year, there’s only one fight left for ‘Tank’ if he sticks to his retirement claims. In contrast to Ennis’ claims about Stevenson, however, the WBC lightweight title holder sees a potential fight between them as a legacy-defining fight.

Shakur Stevenson isn’t buying the narrative that he’s the only one who needs a fight with Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis. While many believe Stevenson is chasing Davis, the reigning WBC lightweight champion sees it differently. In his eyes, their potential showdown is just as important for Davis’ legacy as it is for his own.

“Me and ‘Tank’ is the legacy-defining fight for each other,” Stevenson told Eze Talks Sports last month during the February 22nd Saudi card press conference. “A lot of people try to make it seem like I need him. But honestly, he needs me just as much as I need him.” However, before Stevenson can even dream of fighting Davis, he must make a statement finish against Schofield Jr.

And Stevenson’s attitude suggests he is planning to do exactly that. “There’s gonna be a lot of big fights but I gotta focus on the task in front of me,” Stevenson said. “Then we can talk about the next guy and the guys after that.”

Having said that, it appears coach Kenny Ellis is under the impression that Shakur Stevenson is ducking Gervonta Davis. However, from the outside looking in, it seems like the Davis fight is Stevenson’s ultimate goal. But you be the judge of who is ducking who. Regardless, if they were to fight, who do you think would win?

Serena Williams’ childhood coach, Rick Macci, shared his thoughts on the Dallas Mavericks’ shock decision to trade Luka Doncic to the LA Lakers. The unexpected choice has sent shockwaves throughout the basketball community and beyond, prompting criticism from disgruntled fans and analysts, some of whom protested outside the American Airlines Center.

Serena Williams’ former coach, Rick Macci, has disapproved of the Dallas Mavericks’ recent decision to trade superstar Luka Doncic to the LA Lakers. The unexpected choice has sent shockwaves throughout the basketball community and beyond, prompting criticism from disgruntled fans and analysts, some of whom protested outside the American Airlines Center.

The Mavericks completed a significant trade that sent Doncic, teammates Maxi Kleber, and Markieff Morris to Los Angeles. In exchange, Dallas received star player Anthony Davis, prospect Max Christie, and a crucial 2029 first-round draft pick.
The decision has also attracted responses beyond basketball. On Wednesday, Macci expressed his opinion regarding the trade on his X account.
“TRADE….. The action of selling goods or services or a Global Iconic Superstar Generational talent in his prime. EPIC MISTAKE…The action of selling goods or services or a Global Iconic superstar Generational talent in his prime. Luka Doncic,” Macci tweeted.
Frances Tiafoe, who is ranked World No. 18 and is currently taking part in the Dallas Open, also shared his thoughts on the unexpected decision. In a recent video interview shared on social media, he expressed his surprise about the move, demonstrating empathy for Mavericks fans.

“The dudes didn’t know. AD (Anthony Davis) and LeBron (James) good game last night in New York. It came just out of nowhere and Luka has been hurt. I feel for Dallas, man. I thought y’all really had another Dirk (Nowitzki) that was going to be here for 20 years. European dude, going to bring one to the city. He took us to the final league before we got Kyrie (Irving).
Now we got Klay (Thompson) up there. Man, that’s crazy. But playing with LeBron, that’s going to be epic to watch in LA but I feel for y’all losing him. But sports man, it is what it is. It’s a business,” Frances Tiafoe said.

Mike Tyson made his opinion of a Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford fight extremely clear.

The boxing community has been buzzing over the last couple of days since The Ring Magazine announced an agreement is in place for Canelo Alvarez to fight Terence Crawford at Allegiant Stadium in September 2025.

Given that these two boxers have been pound-for-pound greats over the past decade-plus, the thought of how a fight between the two would fare has been common discussion fodder among fight fans for some time.

But there was little hope of this iconic showdown occurring until Turki Alalshikh (the chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority) flexed his muscles and made a concerted effort to put it together.

However, while the fight now likely appears to happen, this doesn’t mean every boxing icon is on board with it.

This was made clear when Mike Tyson discussed a potential Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford fight during a September 2024 episode of the Come And Talk 2 Me Podcast.

“I don’t like that fight,” Tyson said when asked about Crawford calling out Canelo.

“I don’t like that fight. Too much weight [for Crawford]. He had a close fight with [Israil Madrimov] because he was big and really awkward. He shouldn’t have even fought that guy. He should have fought a guy that was coming straight at him.”

– Mike TysonTyson then explained why he believes matchmaking is a lost art in boxing, because fighting styles aren’t necessarily considered when making fights like they once were.

Perhaps Tyson’s sentiment has changed regarding Canelo vs. Crawford since this podcast was recorded. Regardless, we imagine he’ll be glued to the TV when these two greats meet in the ring.

With experience in facing both men, Amir Khan has had his say on the upcoming mega-fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.

Khan stepped up to 160lbs in May 2016 to challenge Canelo for the WBC middleweight title. After a positive start from the Brit, the explosive power of the Mexican star proved to be too much, knocking out Khan with a crushing right hand in the sixth round to retain his title.

Three years later, Khan challenged ‘Bud’ for the WBO welterweight title in New York City. It was another impressive performance from Crawford, who outboxed Khan before the Brit was pulled out by his corner in the sixth round. It would go on to be Khan’s final opportunity to become a world champion, retiring from the sport three years later.

Speaking to The Ring Magazine, Khan was asked if ‘Bud’ has the punching power to trouble Canelo, having shared the ring in brutal encounters with both fighters.

“Crawford does hit hard, a lot of people don’t give him the credit for the punch power he has. Crawford does hit hard, I’ve been in the ring with him he’s hit me hard, obviously the most powerful fight between the two is gonna be Canelo but I think Crawford still has enough power to hurt Canelo and push him back.”

Canelo is set to defend his unified WBC, WBA and WBO super middleweight titles against ‘Bud’ later this year. Crawford is bidding to become a five-weight world champion in what will undoubtedly be his biggest test to date.
