Simone Biles Looks Amazing on ‘Sports Illustrated’ Cover—See Her Trendy Outfit!

Simone Biles can really do it all — gymnastics and get glammed up.

Biles, 27, was announced as Sports Illustrated’s 2024 Sportsperson of the Year on Thursday, January 2, and looked as chic as ever in her cover shoot. From snakeskin getups to sheer dresses, her sartorial style shined through.

In one shot, Biles, who was styled by Kesha McLeod, proved that she stays on top of current trends while rocking a pair of silver sequin booty shorts by Retrofête. Biles made sure fans got a glimpse of her toned legs by pairing the glittery shorts with scrappy Giuseppe Zanotti heels. The gymnast tied her outfit together with a fitted black SER.O.YA bodysuit and Effy Jewelry diamond rings.

Biles, who is known to rock a full face of makeup on and off the beam, donned a full beat for her shoot, thanks to Deja Blackwell. Her makeup included long lashes, filled-in eyebrows, a touch of eyeshadow, blushed cheeks and glossy lips. Her highlighted hair was styled by Justin Revenge and parted down the middle and styled in bouncy curls.

Photographed by Shaniqwa Jarvis, Biles looked sexy in a snakeskin ensemble featuring a textured silhouette and thumbholes. Biles accessorized with hoop earrings for the image, and a funky brown-and-white nail design.

Elsewhere in her photo shoot, Biles looked extra glamorous in a sheer plunging halter bodysuit and structured skirt by David Kona. The piece featured a pleated design that snatched at her was it, a wired rum and more see-through fabric that cascaded down her legs.

While chatting with Sports Illustrated, Biles opened up about competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics after dropping out of the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, sharing, “You kind of have to go up there and tell yourself, I’m a boss ass bitch.”

During the Olympics, Biles earned three gold medals and one silver medal, making her the most decorated gymnast in history.

Major winners like Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau were suspended by the PGA Tour, but tensions appeared to have thawed in June 2023 when the two parties announced the framework of a merger.

Yet over a year-and-a-half on from that announcement, the latest update comes in the form of a thank you to Trump, and the revelation that the parties are ‘closer to a final deal’.

A statement from PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan and player directors Adam Scott and Tiger Woods read: “We know golf fans are eagerly anticipating a resolution to negotiations with the [Saudi] Public Investment Fund and want to thank President Trump for his interest and long-time support of the game of golf.

“We asked the President to get involved for the good of the game, the good of the country, and for all the countries involved.

“We are grateful that his leadership has brought us closer to a final deal, paving the way for reunification of men’s professional golf.”

Monahan was speaking after a trip to the White House, with the newly-elected Trump a huge golf fan and owner of multiple courses.

He also has business ties with Saudi PIF chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan, who he was spotted alongside at a UFC bout after winning November’s US election.

During his media appearances ahead of that election, Trump said it would take him 15 minutes to end golf’s civil war, and there was hope among the sport’s stars that he wasn’t bluffing.

Responding to the comments, Northern Irish star Rory McIlroy said: “He might be able to!

“From the outside looking in I think it’s probably a little bit less complicated than it actually is.

“Obviously Trump has a great relationship with Saudi Arabia, he’s got a great relationship with golf, he’s a lover of golf, so maybe. Who knows?”

After accepting his nomination as US president in November, Trump called up backer DeChambeau onto stage, with the two even playing a round together beforehand on the American’s YouTube channel.

Yet in the coming days, Trump will be focusing on another sport – American football.

The White House has announced that he is set to attend Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

In making it to the New Orleans finale, he will become the first sitting US president to attend the country’s biggest sporting event.

Made a sad announcement through a heartfelt statement

Tiger Woods shared heartbreaking news on social media, announcing the passing of his beloved mother, Kultida Woods, at the age of 78. The legendary golfer released a heartfelt statement on behalf of his family, including his children, Sam and Charlie whom he shares with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren.

“It is with heartfelt sadness that I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, passed away early this morning,” Woods wrote. “My Mom was a force of nature all her own, her spirit was simply undeniable.”

He went on to express the deep impact she had on his life, acknowledging her unwavering support throughout his career.

“She was quick with the needle and a laugh. She was my biggest fan, greatest supporter, without her none of my personal achievements would have been possible.”

A loving grandmother

In his statement, Woods also emphasized how much his mother adored her grandchildren, Sam and Charlie.

“She was loved by so many, but especially by her two grandchildren. Thank you all for your support, prayers, and privacy at this difficult time for me and my family,” he noted.

Accompanying his tribute, Tiger shared a cherished photograph of Kultida, reflecting on the profound bond they shared. As the only child of Earl and Kultida WoodsTiger often spoke of his mother’s influence in shaping his career, her strength, and her unwavering dedication to his success.

Though she preferred to stay out of the limelight, Kultida was frequently seen supporting Tiger at major golf events.

Kultida Woods played an essential role in her son’s journey, helping guide his development both as a golfer and a person.

When he received the prestigious Bob Jones Award in 2024, the highest honor in American golf, Tiger took the moment to express his deep gratitude for his mother, who was present at the event alongside his children.

“My mom doesn’t get enough credit,” he said in his speech. “Everyone thought that it was my dad who took me on the road, and he did. But Mom was at home. If you don’t know, Mom has been there my entire life.

“I didn’t do this alone. I had the greatest rock that any child could possibly have: my mom. Thank you, Mommy.”

Oleksandr Usyk is considered by many to be the very best heavyweight on the planet right now.

Usyk has achieved what no other man has done before, and that is to become an undisputed champion in the four-belt era in both the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions.

Although Evander Holyfield famously won all the belts in these two divisions, there were not as many on the line. It was his fight with Tyson Fury in May which saw Usyk add the WBC to his collection of IBF, WBA and WBO belts which he had taken off Anthony Joshua in 2021, and then defended in 2022.

A second fight with Fury in December, and another points win after 12 rounds, saw the Ukrainian southpaw once and for all confirm that he is the best big man on the planet despite, ironically, being smaller than most his peers in that division.

Many feel he could retire and leave a rich legacy behind, though the man himself has vowed that he will fight on.

One potential opponent is the top ranked heavyweight Martin Bakole, who says he is the only fighter who can defeat the great Ukrainian.

“Yes [I believe I’m the only man who can do it.] I will beat him easy, I will knock him out. I’m saying this not only because I spar him but I know how to stop southpaws. I learnt all my life, boxing my bother who’s southpaw, how to stop southpaws. All his movement, all that, I will stop that, I will knock him out.”

Speaking to Boxing King Media, Usyk’s promoter Alex Krassyuk says former sparring partner Bakole will rule the division after Usyk but says they will not fight each other as Bakole has no belt.

“Please don’t forget Martin Bakole, he is a real threat to anyone. No one wants to fight him. After Usyk retires Martin Bakole will be the king of the division.

I think Oleksandr would not fight Martin Bakole for just one reason, Martin Bakole has no belt. Oleksandr would probably have the motivation when he comes back to boxing, he has to fight for something extraordinary, which is probably undisputed again.”

That means the only opponent for Usyk would be the winner of Daniel Dubois’ IBF world title defence against Joseph Parker on February 22.

Bakole fights in May for his shot to become mandatory for the belt, so may have more bargaining power if he wins and gets the fight.

After months of negotiations and high hopes, the much-anticipated super fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford has collapsed, leaving boxing fans frustrated and uncertain about what comes next.

Late Wednesday night, The Ring Magazine delivered the crushing news, confirming that talks between Canelo and Crawford had fallen apart.

Late Wednesday night, The Ring Magazine delivered the crushing news, confirming that talks between Canelo and Crawford had fallen apart.

The announcement left fans scrambling for answers, with many now shifting their attention toward an unexpected alternative-Jake Paul.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks about a potential Canelo Alvarez vs. Jake Paul showdown in May. While such a fight may not add to Canelo‘s legacy, the financial upside appears too big to ignore.

Potential fight against Paul?

Matchroom Boxing CEO Eddie Hearn, who has promoted eight of Canelo‘s past fights, weighed in on the situation in an interview with IFL TV.

Hearn acknowledged that a Canelo vs. Crawford fight would have been superior in terms of boxing skill, but financially, the Jake Paul fight would be the bigger draw.

“He [Crawford] doesn’t yet have the profile of some of the greatest names of the generation,” Hearn explained. “He should have, by the way.”

In contrast, Jake Paul has already established himself as a massive attraction, capable of generating enormous pay-per-view numbers.

“What was it? 80 million accounts watched his fight or more with Mike Tyson,” Hearn pointed out, referring to Paul‘s ability to bring mainstream attention to the sport.

While Hearn fully expects Canelo to dominate Paul, he believes the event could be one of the most lucrative in boxing history.

“Even though I think this fight will be the end of Jake Paul, does it really matter?” Hearn noted.

“There always becomes an amount, and this isn’t just in boxing, there always becomes an amount of money where the answer is yes. Always remember that.”

People would think Jake is tough to surprise

Jake Paul is known for his tough, unshakable internet persona-always coming across as the baddest, the strongest, or even the wildest guy online. But when it comes to his girlfriend, Jutta Leerdam, things get way more interesting.

Jutta, an elite Olympic athlete, is a force on the ice, showing off jaw-dropping skating skills at lightning speed on TikTok. Her training and competitions are her main focus, so when Jake unexpectedly ran into her, he got a shock that nearly had him fainting.

An unexpected reunion shakes things up

Jake almost had a heart attack when he saw Jutta. She’d told him she wouldn’t be around because of a competition, so when he spotted her, his reaction was priceless-he nearly turned ghostly pale as he was totally caught off guard, something it would be hard to admit for him.

Of course, the internet haters had plenty to say. Some even suggested that Jake’s shocked reaction meant he was hiding something shady, maybe with some “undesirable company” or doing something he didn’t want anyone to see. His face lit up like a kid caught doing something naughty.

Jake Paul engagement rumors flying after Julia Rose changes Instagram name

But that’s just the haters talking. Jutta posted a TikTok video showing that despite not wanting to be with Jake at first, she’s now just as into him as he is with her. After spending more time together, Jutta started to realize that the internet doesn’t always show the full picture, and that’s when things took a turn.

They started dating, and since going public with their relationship in 2023, it’s clear they’re completely smitten with each other. So, maybe the Jake we see online is just a character, and the tough guy image isn’t as real as people think-he’s got a softer side that’s all about love and this video might be one small proof.

She thought he was someone she wouldn’t want to be linked to, but things tooka surprising turn. Now she’s the one who’s showing the internet another side of Jake Paul that many didn’t expect to see.
