American professional Golfer Tiger Woods, 49, has shared the sad news of his mother Kultida Woods’ passing, though he did not disclose the cause of death.
Kultida had attended his TGL match in Florida just last week.
In a heartfelt message posted on social media, Woods described his mother as a “force of nature” and his “biggest fan.” He credited her as the cornerstone of his success, stating that none of his personal achievements would have been possible without her.
“My Mom was a force of nature all her own, her spirit was simply undeniable. She was quick with the needle and a laugh. She was my biggest fan, greatest supporter, without her none of my personal achievements would have been possible,” Woods wrote.
He also remembered her as being loved by many, particularly by her two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie. Woods asked for privacy and thanked everyone for their support during this difficult time.
“My heart goes out to my family, and I love you, Mom,” he added.
